Returns

All arrangements for returns must be made within 48 hours of receipt. No material will be accepted for return if it has been modified. 15% restock fee will be applied once material is returned.

Notes on Shipping
Northwest Timber does not recommend shipping surface through the postal service for international orders. We have had a few instances where the contents were lost. We will at the request of the customer ship that way and insure the package but we can only refund the insured amount.

A Large Package Surcharge of $50 will be applied to all UPS Ground packages when the size of the package exceeds 156 in. in length and girth combined. Other shipping charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on packages actually tendered to UPS. Orders that require additional handling will be subject to extra UPS shipping fees which will be added once your order is placed.

*Shipping: Parcel Post, UPS, and common carrier trucking are all available. Shipping charges are paid by customer with order. To calculate your approximate UPS shipping charge multiply the number of board feet by 5 and enter that value for the weight on this UPS form here. A $10 handling fee will be added to each order.

If you get the following error message:

Unable to calculate shipping charges. ERROR: 1035 The maximum per package weight for that service from the selected country is 150 pounds.

Overseas Shipping Note
UPS is not our only choice for shipments outside of the continental US. Proceed with your order choosing , UPS Worldwide Express, we will figure the freight when order is placed. Your card is not charged until we process and pull the order here.
